(NOTE: Plaque still mounted, some age cracks, easy to read, in fairly good condition. Note that an error occurred in the original carving where the death year was carved as 1833 then a 1 (one) was carved over the last 3. This has been incorrectly read as an 8. Other family records and a grave marker standing in the vault entry confirm the correct date as 1831. Vault not disturbed.)
