Jesse and his wife Rhoda were living in Bangor in the 1860 census. She adds, 'He died Dec 27, 1872 and is buried at North Bangor. His wife Rhoda has a tombstone. Possibly his is the one where the name was badly worn. He was born in 1791 and the age is a close match to 82. and the date of death is 27.'")
